So the contractors are finally here to put my kitchen back together. I have been without a kitchen since July 4th. first check from insurance company got lost, second was delayed then it took almost a month to cash between the mortgage companies being in two different states. Then to top it all off arguing with the stupid contractor about how we want it not how he wants it. UGH!!!! They are putting in cabinets and counter tops and sink, also staining the cabinets. We are putting in new flooring and painting and redoing ceiling along with making a movable kitchen island that doubles a pub style table. Our kitchen is not that big and does not offer a lot of counter space to work with so this was my way of getting the couter space for prep work but also having table us to eat at. Picks will follow as work is completed. The following pics are from damage and what we have had to deal with for 3 months.
