So the food in Iceland is different to put it in a polite PC term. Lots of highs and lows with the cuisine here. Best fish and chips Ive ever had, rarest meat Ive ever eaten (icelandic lamb very good but rare) and most recently the most interesting sandwich Ive ever eaten. It appeared as a vegetable panini with Brie cheese however inside was a jam like substance and bell peppers. It was savory and sweet at the same time. Iceland its been real but Im ready for Paris!!!!
