So, the government wants more restrictions on social security. This is curious. Since social security is literally money that belongs to the citizens that the government is just holding onto until its needed, if its legal for the government to restrict social security, by the exact same logic is it not legal for every homeowner and everyone renting a home to place restrictions on the money that they pay for mortgage or rent? Cant I legally tell my landlord that hes not eligible to receive rent for the apartment I occupy until hes 65 or 70 or something? I mean, government logic and all. I dont want anyone saying Im not patriotic.
