So the guy that kidnapped and murdered this woman and the other guy he shot are both in the hospital trauma unit together. It happens to be my loves unit. Not surprisingly he is an asshole and awful to the nurses caring for him. You never hear that part of the story. When that guy beheaded the woman in Moore, he ended up in the same trauma unit. Everyday nurses, doctors & health care workers save the lives of heroes & murderers. They dont get a choice in who they help. Even if their own life is risk. I just need to take in that kind of grace for a moment. Just need to acknowledge the sleeping nurse in my bed who had to clean the shit of a murderer today and the ones who have and will knowingly care for patients with a deadly virus. Thank you.
