So the pump for my pool cover quit working. With all the rain we have had recently there is a pretty good collection of water on the cover. I let Dixie (Pomeranian) out the back door to potty - something we do often at her advanced age! I went back to see if she was at the door (about 3 min) and I see her standing in the middle of the pool cover up to her neck in water!!! She cant get out because its slippery and shes crying!! I was able to get her out by sliding something into the water so she could climb on and out! One must wonder what goes on in that little pea brain of hers!!!! Needless to say we will be going out front until I hook up the new pump that just arrived today!!!
