So the replacement phone is clearly not new. No sound, all my settings look fine but no sound, can not hear can not make or receive calls and can not get voice mail. Went to Verizon store they could not make it work and the insurance I got with the phone is 3rd party not Verizon plan so they can not help. I was going to call with someone elses phone but the insurance is only in the office Monday to Friday. I thought well it sucks but at least I have texting. Then battery said low, tried to plug in to charge but the phone will not hold connection with charger either. Nota happy camper.
