So the short inspection trip of the UAE draws to a close. One final meeting in the morning before heading back to what sounds a wet and windy UK. Its going to be a shock to the system having been in nearly 40 degree heat for the last week! Today I visited the Zayed Cricket Stadium, home to Abu Dhabi Cricket Club which boasts a capacity of 20,000. Then back to Dubai for my remaining hotel inspections in the Al Barsha area of the city. I looked at a number of 4* properties all of which were of a very high standard. This evening I made my way to Downtown Dubai to watch the Dubai Fountain in front of the Burj Khalifa. The spectacular 5 minute displays run every half an hour from 6pm and are well worth watching. Ive thoroughly enjoyed my first trip here having only changed planes to onward destinations before! With the addition of some cricket next year you just have to come along. Carl
