So the time has come, The Hollands Family is onto our next big adventure. Our UNIT is FOR SALE, I have had this unit for a little over 6 years and purchased it as soon as I was 18year old. I feel so blessed to have had the guidance from my beautiful parents to get me into buying investment properties at such a young age. For those of you who think wow thats scary committing to a loan at 18 years old but in fact it was the best thing I have ever done. We then purchased our first family home at 21years and at one stage James and I had 3 properties all at once, and why because we can! This Unit would cost someone $400 per week on loan repayments and its renting for $325 per week. thats only $75 extra a week to own your OWN property. Not only that, that property earns your equity for every month/year your own it. So if your reading this thinking your sick of renting (and actually paying someone elses mortgage) get out there and ask for advise and get your own (im happy to pass on any knowledge I know). I am 24 years old and have achieved more then I could ever imagined and its all thanks to my parents guidance.
