The Lord is saying very clearly that, if were going to succeed, we must not look behind us. We must not leave the back door half open, but commit ourselves one hundred per cent to whatever we put our hands and hearts to do. The Lord Jesus Christ will honour that and we will succeed. And when it happens we must be quick to give Him all the praise, the honour and the glory.
