So there was just a press conference in St. Louis to include the Governor, and several different police chiefs. This was supposedly to announce preparations for the grand jury decision thats slated to come down. The Governor insisted that the decision had not been reached and thos was based on information he received from the county prosecutor. I find this very hard to believe considering they are going on TV talking about all the steps they are taking to deal with the possible outbreak of violence. My thoughts are that the decision has been made and that Officers Wison will not be charged and the cycle will continue.
