So, they are not giving us our settlement money....it is going into a trust fund for Sara Smirl when she turns 18. So while everyone else that got settlement money got to spend it or is spending it, my child who was injured more than most and who has had to wait 4yrs thus far is being told she wont be able to touch it for 2more yrs. Making her total wait time 6yrs. This to me is more than unfair to her.
