So this might be the most embarrassing thing I ever post, but Im gonna be real here. Ive always been slender-built, but not super-thin. Aside from a bout with anorexia in high school/early college, Ive always struggled with belly fat. Always (I hated it since I considered myself somewhat athletic). I wish I had a good picture, but Ive always gotten rid of any with my belly, and only worn a two-piece once because I was too embarrassed to.) Now, Ive told you from the beginning that I didnt use Plexus to lose weight, and I didnt lie - thats not what I began these supplements for. I worked off most of my baby weight (took about 2 years), to get back down to my normal size -early this year. But I never dreamed that Plexus would help me reach and maintain a shape that I never thought I would have - this is just icing on the cake! I have had this pair of jeans sitting in my drawer for years. Maybe even 5 years. I couldnt stand to get rid of them because they were so cute, but I couldnt wear them because they were too tight - at times I could zip them, but never felt comfortable enough to wear them out. I spotted them in my winter tote a few days ago, and pulled them out, thinking maybe they would at least be comfortable enough to wear for one night. Yall, they are TOO BIG. I mean baggy - big. Jacob laughed at me when I asked if I could pull them off for a date night! This belly that I have ALWAYS HAD actually has a shape now - and its not round. I feel better, and better about myself than I have in a long long time - possibly than I ever have. And that, to me, is invaluable. I dont care if you never hit me up to buy these supplements - but however you try them, they are SO WORTH A TRY. (Picture of me a few days ago with said jeans, picture of me pre-babies, at my normal - or so I thought- weight). #plexus #loveyourbody
