So this new apartment block is awash with gossip in the elevators. Apparently an apartment on the third level was broken into last night. The balcony door was jimmied but nothing was taken. There is much debate from other floors and residents as to whether the culprit came in from the roof and down or scaled the walls up. So apparently the building is a bit of a layer cake. Top floors are gays and occasional female cohorts. Middle layer is pensioners and low income and bottom floors are all wheel chair and assisted living. It totally "Tales of the City"!!
