So this week i set myself a goal of burning 3000 calories Mon - Sun, through my regular methods of exercise being weight training and short, regular HIIT sessions. Just gone 5:50pm Sunday and ive finished my last workout for the week - and i smashed it burning 3349 calories this week! Yes i had to throw in a few extra sessions, but i set a goal, and achieved it! Id like to remind you all how IMPORTANT goal setting is, and im talking both long and short term goals. You may have set 12 month goals and 6 month goals, even monthly goals. But take it further and set yourself weekly goals, and acheieve them! There is nothing more motivating than reaching goals, so why not allow yourself that feeling every week. It will push you to continuously strive to be better, fitter and stronger! Go get em! Xo
