So three weeks ago I went to pay my AT&T Uverse bill. It had only been 45 days since I spoke to a representative about getting my discounts reinstated. I had one normal looking bill, then missing bill went up $25 dollars. I called and was told they had a price increase. $25 increase on a $85 bill is a bit much so I asked what they could do about it and was told nothing. So I asked how much my early termination fee was and was told $180, so I asked them how much to cancel the TV service and keep the internet. I was told it would be $60 a month since I was losing my bundle discount and I needed to return my equipment in 21 days. Imagine my surprise when I got my electronic bill this morning and it had a $150 early termination fee for not having bundled services. Guess who is closed today? If I knew I was going to be hit with early termination fees, I would have cancelled the whole package then and there. Never again will I be an AT&T customer. No notice for price increases, unless it was in some little bitty print and failure of the rep to disclose the early termination fee, I am D.O.N.E.
