So tired of posts that blame and say negative things about our president. Although I do not think that he is doing a good job, partly because of the House of Representatives and partly because I think he is nothing but a po-lie-tician. He was voted by the majority of Americans that registered and voted. The President is nothing but a figure head. Congress makes the bills. Although they arent doing that, and the bills that are drafted are so full of tax cuts for Corporations and cuts for education, and anything that could create jobs. Parts of Congress wants to eliminate minimum wage and part wants to raise it. Eliminating it means that no ones job would be safe. Youll have so many illegals that already are working in this Country making less than minimum (under the table), or they have to pay a % back to the employer or temp service for having the job. Now I honestly think that all members of Congress should be paid minimum wage, use a time clock, loose all the vacation, holiday pay and expense accounts until they pass a decent jobs bill, start reducing and cutting out foreign aid, and start taking care of our veterans, elderly and hungry children. Also they should pass term limitations on themselves. And the President should only be paid in room and board. The federal government also should give the States more responsibilities and power. And the States also should give more power to Local Government. But in the mean time we need to vote each and everyone that is in Congress out. Time for new blood, maybe we can get some that actually will work together. Thank you for reading my rant, have a nice day and remember to register and vote in November.
