So, today: -I took selfies with Gabourey Sidibe. -Chelsea Handler walked by me, smiled wide, waved, and said, Good job! -I listened to a wonderful, heartbreaking, hilarious speech by Amy Schumer and was pleased to find out shes a sweetheart. -I met Kathy Naijimy, people, whos been one of my favorite actresses for like, EVER. -I met Gloria Steinem, one of the most influential feminists in history. Ironically, on the day of this event for one of the most influential feminists in history, I still got cat called. Whistled at. Called Mami. Followed. And even, for the first time, tapped on the ass. Spectacular. We can sit around and say that a lot of changes have been made, because they have. But we are far from where we should be.
