So today I will be less careful. I believe the reason it is special to be a female is that, as Eckhart Tolle has said, women are inherently closer to enlightenment. It is easier for a woman to feel and to be in her body, and she is closer to her intuition, generally speaking of course. this is why many ancient cultures instinctively chose female figures or analogies to represent or describe the formless and transcendental reality. It was often seen as a womb that gives birth to everything in creation and sustains and nurses it during its life as form. Women instinctively know how to travail and labor and birth things into existence. You can give us a seed or an idea, and we can turn it into a lush, life-giving garden or a wondrous work of art. Women embody the Unmanifested, and all things eventually return to the Earth Mother. In no way Am I suggesting that females are superior to males, at all. However, I feel like being a female should be something that should be celebrated, and we should get back in touch with the reality of our divine essence. This would help to redress a balance between male and female that was lost a long time ago, and this would be a big help to our sons and daughters...
