So today at work my manager asked me to check if my schedule for Thanksgiving/Black Friday was okay. She was going to schedule me to work 8pm-12:45AM on THANKSGIVING DAY. & then probably schedule me an 8 hour shift on Black Friday. I told her I could NOT come in at that time because Thanksgiving is the most important holiday to me. It old her I was Native American. And she was understanding. So now Im working 3AM-12PM. At least I am able to spend dinner time with my family unlike what my original schedule would have been. Be nice to retail workers,you dont understand what they have to give up during the holidays. #retailproblems #benicetoretailworkersonblackfriday
