So today my brothers and sisters were tear gassed, brutilized, and arrested by the rcmp and our corrupt corporate government in new brunswick for standing on their own land and protecting our futures from pollution caused by fracking, even elders were tackled to the ground and police dogs were used to threaten the mikmak tribe, many were injured...this was a battle for freedom, for all of us. This brings tears to my eyes. There are so many racist hate debates going on in the media throughout canada abiut this right now but this is not just a native issue this is a human and environmental issue, it affects every living being, we are all connected to earth, we cannot allow this to happen in b.c either, though the pacific contains radiation, we cannot sweep all issues under the rug, northwest people, all people who reside on these lands, will you fight for humanity???
