So today the excavation continued. I went to the Seattle construction department yesterday and got copies of the plans which clearly indicate the top 1/5th of the property is not to be disturbed on the West side, including trees and shrubbery. Guess what! The excavation guy ignored to all. Not only got onto my property but also went right up to the steep slope slide zone area and bulldozed the hell out of it. There is water flowing out of his gashing before the recent rains and flowing across the road. Today I took pics after the fact and found kids from the daycare next door playing in the equipment.
