So todays project; a deluxe White Russian flip; Stolichnaya Elit vodka with freshly ground coffee beans in a circulator at 80 for 1hr, 1 duck egg, homemade Madagascan vanilla syrup, Jersey Gold top Milk, prepared & chilled, served with a white chocolate foam stabilized with soy lactose, a crisp Creme brûlée lid and finished with white chocolate and vanilla wafer straws and a spun Suga disc. Phew.
