So tonight I took the most random run ever.... I set out with grand intentions of a 2+ miles jog and had hit my first good stride when around the first corner a fire truck and ambulance were parked outside a neighbors house. I slowed a bit and crossed the street and saw the BIGGEST TIRES EVER strapped onto the flat bed of an 18 wheeler. I take all of this in....note the cool tires and keep going. As I am almost to the street outside of the complex, the fire truck passes me headed back to the station. We exchange neighborly waves right before I step back out into the street next to a GINORMOUS tarantula!!! This guy was pretty cool so we hung out a bit while I took some pics and video (hes kindof a big deal) and made sure he made it out of the street to the curb so a car didnt squish him. Tarantulas are delicate, you know. At this point I realize my concentration is blown and June bugs are touching me (translated: OH MY GOD OH MY GOD THEYRE IN MY HAIR!!!!) So I decide to head in for the night. As Im rounding my next to last corner before home, I catch a glimmer of white in the grass, and realize its a pretty white bunny. I stop to not spook him and get a pic from afar when he hops directly up to me, and follows me as Im trying to jog. THIS is when I call Dane and say honey, theres a white rabbit following me, can you bring me a pillow case to wrap it in? ( Reasons I love him? He didnt question it....he just came outside with a pillow case) In the end we met a few neighbors, rescued a bunny and I got pumped for a Friday the 13th under a full moon. Fin
