So tonight, the grand jury said there is not enough evidence to take the cop in Ferguson to trial for the murder of an unarmed black teen. I see this as two ways, if the young man would have followed the orders of the officer, we can make the argument he would still be alive, but thats speculation not a fact. We can say the cop was in fear because the teen was belligerent and uncooperative and he reacted because he wanted to make sure he went home to his family too... I can understand both sides of this situation, but lets not ignore the painful truth. Right, wrong, white, black...A mother and father lost their baby boy unnecessarily, be it by his own actions or the actions of the police. They will never get to hug him again. I thought my generation would be the ones to change the world and get rid of the racial undertones in our society, but as I read post from people I admire, love, and respect, I now pray my sons generation will learn and not make the same mistakes because my generation has failed. #EveryLifeIsPrecious #Ferguson #PrayingForOurNation
