So trying to decide between 2 rent to own houses. One is 4 bedroom 2 bath but is going to need some work done to it. The other is a 3 bedroom one bath and nicer on the inside and only minor repairs. One one hand the 4 bedroom has plenty of room for us, fenced yard lots of storage...but dont know if we want a fixer upper. on the other the 3 bedroom is nicer on the inside, no fenced in yard but no question will be putting one up!!, less storage, have to deal with only one bath and less space. SIGH decisions decisions.
