So unfortunately, due to a former client of mine not picking up her cake she ordered for yesterday, Im going to have to change how I do things. From now on I will require FULL payment at least 3 days prior to making your cake. Im sorry if this in an inconvenience for some, but I just lost 6 hours of my time and $50 of my own money. I figure if youve paid for your cake, theres no way youre going to stiff me for it. Reason I want it 3 days prior and payment in full is because my time is valuable. Im not going to bake and decorate a cake and then just get the cost of materials back. This way, I would still be paid for my time. Sorry if I sound negative guys, Im just really upset about what has transpired. First time someone has stiffed me and its also the last.
