So upset with Sweetgrass Pediatrics. Ive been taking Cooper there since he was born based on the recommendation of the birthing center. At first his visits went ok & I was happy with their service. But once he turned a year old it seemed every visit was a hassle. Not only was the wait time ( in the lobby & on the doctor) ridiculous..but so was receiving a bill several weeks later. Mind you, I do self pay. Meaning I pay for the doctors visit, all of it out of pocket upon checking in & then pay for whatever shots Cooper had,when checking out. Why am I getting a bill several weeks later?? Now its only in the amount of $10..however when I pay upfront I shouldnt receive a bill for anything. You would think. Their accounting dept told me that the office visit goes up $10 more once a child turns a year old. The receptionist made a mistake.Ok. We all make mistakes..right? 2 more times after his apps I again receive bills for $10. At this point Im pissed. Im not trying to get out of paying what I owe..BUT charge me the correct amount at the time of his freakin appointment! So rather than waste any more negative energy & being frustrated with their service & billing system, I decided to switch Cooper to another pediatrician. Received another $10 bill from Sweetgrass. Talked to the lady in their accounting dept AGAIN. Told her no way..I refuse to pay them anymore money due to an error on their part. She totally agreed with me & said she didnt blame me. Im done with them. I have Cooper going somewhere else. Right? Wrong! I get a bill the other day for $15 stating that if I didnt pay this amount they wouldnt release Coopers shot records. Youve got to be kidding me?!!!
