So very much has happened over the past year and this month. People getting engaged, having babies, jobs lost, jobs gained, too many deaths it seems. No matter what stage we are in we need to stay positive. I was feeling down for a little bit, not sure why, cant stop getting sick too :( . Then I realized that I am so very very lucky to have such a loving family, a home, a job, and have all the things that I do. Dont let yourself get into a rut, be with family/friends, go out (even just to the park), do some of the things you havent in a while, and be aware of all the things that you have, because there are many, many others who are not as fortunate.
