So we are walking to work this morning with the boys and the next thing a youth on a bike has run into Riddick.. Riddick let out an almighty yelp so Mark picked him to check he was ok.. The youth had carried on until I started yelling at him!! So he stops and comes back Im still yawping, as you do! Hes all like firstly it was an accident so I say you shouldnt be on the pavement to which he replies you are allowed to have 20 wheeled bikes on the pavement, well to that I yelled even more so he called me a f***ing fat cow, so I said yes I am but youre an idiot!! There was quite a lot of profanity coming from me in all honesty but I was so mad!!! Riddick is fine, he was shaken up as we all were.. You should be prepared for all circumstances if you choose to break the law by riding on the pavement.. It could have been a toddler or he could have seriously hurt Riddick (he wouldnt have rode away then)... I have of course checked the highway code for bikes on pavements and it categorically states NO BIKES ON PAVEMENT!!! Im anal like that!
