So we get asked a lot- what kind of foods should I be eating and while we understand the question, we have to be clear on the health goals that our clients are embarking upon which is why health evaluations are so crucial. Supplementation allows our body to process the foods we eat more efficiently, pulling in the nutrients as they ought to be delivered and used by our body, keeping our metabolism high. We advocate for supplementation in conjunction with balanced meals- shakes being a balanced meal if you are using our healthy meal shakes- but dont forget real food is as critical as the supplements and is as important as hydration and exercise.
