So we got T-mobile.... about 2 weeks + 3 days ago. I have not had good service but due to the vacation this weekend we went over our 2 weeks trial by 2-3 days.... we are willing to pay outright for our new phones just to get the ability to go to another privider.. T-Mobile will not allow it.... they refuse to unlock our phones, even if paid in full for the deivce for 18 mos minimum. Cell phone companies are worse than just about any I can think of. Any ideas anyone? Husband is off to a place that might be able to unlock the phones... prob is mine is an Iphone 5 and many won;t unlock them or say its going to cost $200 to unlock them. Help!!!!! As long as I live I will make it my mission to let everyone know T-Mobile is NOT a customer caring company...... offered no help to get me any recpetiion either... just said oh well, youre stuck with us pretty much! no way do I have to settle for this,..... and God help them- I won;t quit until i win... watch out T-mobile!
