So, we have been let down and will never go again to the following: 1) Fortizza in Sliema a week ago. They cleared our table including a bottle of Perrier which still had water left. My husband commented about this to the waitress and rather than apologizing she went to the bar asking the bar person about it. They quickly solved it by getting it out of the bin, cleaning it and getting it back to our table. Upon doing so the waitress told us that its ok cause it was still at the bar. Complained about this through email but did not receive any reply or acknowledgement. 2) Cafe de Paris in MXlokk tried charging us for a bill which was not ours and much higher than what we were due, and then charged us differently (higher) than the prices on the menu. And this was done intentionally cause upon complaining they kept trying to justify saying that the bill is correct.
