So we were at the pool today for a birthday party, we were in the pool for no more than 15 minutes and we were forced to leave due to a water quality issue. Which is understandable...shit happens sometimes. When we asked for a refund we were told that there was no refund button on the register and that they would have to phone the town to get permission to give out refunds. There were people that were still in the change room , that hadnt even changed yet and were told the same thing. I know it doesnt cost much to swim but maybe a free swim pass could be offered. I think this is bullshit and everyone needs to voice their opinion to the town to allow the pool to change this ridiculous policy
