So week 6 day 4....thats happening today!! Are you enjoying the new routines, the added resistance training? This is the time to push through and set those personal goals!! At the end of the day you only need to answer to yourself. So ask yourself if you will accept excuses or results. I say it all the time, the next 4 weeks will come no Matter what so make the best of them. Hey...dont forget to be awesome today. Michael Dion, Holly will be subbing in tonight so I can attend my sons holiday concert.
