So what do we take home from Jeremiah chapter 6: 1. In the midst of our problems, God still sounds an alarm; 2. God warns us where the danger is coming from; 3. When you hold on tightly God allows you to be picked clean; 4. Don’t just hear God…listen to His voice and His Word; 5. Generosity not covetousness releases God’s favor; 6. When there is illness or disease God cuts it out; 7. God promises rest for your soul. Take it!; 8. Religion without relationship with God is useless; 9. God allows and even required us to be tested; 10. When we come through the fire we are purified as gold! I love Wednesdays at Hope. Great people of God going deeper!
