Shoulder workout routine amd Deadlift for kickstart last Friday Rest Period: 1 min Deadlift 4 sets of 5-8 reps weight: 88lbs, 176lbs, 198lbs, 220lbs(1RM) Overhead Press(OHP) barbell 7sets of 7 reps weight: 22lbs, 33lbs, 44lbs, 55lbs, 66lbs(3x) Arnold shoulder press 4sets of 10-12 weight: 30lbs(2x), 40lbs(2x) Dumbell side lat raise superset with front raise 4sets of 10 reps each weight: 15 lbs weight: 5kg plate Rope Face-pull (cable) 4sets of 15 reps weight: 60lbs, 70lbs(3x) Finisher shoulder traps workout 3 sets of 12 reps weight: 88lbs(3x) Dont strain yourself just to think you will grow bigger instantly using hevier weights--- POSTURE BEFORE WEIGHTS thats the key... #trainwithjoric #lightweight #STAYMOTIVATED
