So, what is NRG Rising up to? Well for one thing we are going to finally finish our Mr Fireman song... its exciting, planning out our year and yes finally another album to come do not hold your breath though its at least 7 months away hehehe, also family things going on, girls in a band is slightly differently challenged than our brothers but believe us we are here still with passion in our hearts for our kaupapa of sharing uplifting and positive music. FIRSTLY We want to congratulate Honey as she moves into the last few months of pregnancy, woohooooooo you looking soooo gawgus Honey :):):) Secondly we so excited is our NRG family, and our lifelong focus of living healthier and well is on track with the opening of our own nutrition club in Dinsdale, Hamilton this coming Monday. So, for all you living locally we have FREE FUN FITCLUB sessions available every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday by our very own Bro Truce 6.30pm text for further details Also, congrats to Anahera and her family now loving the new lifestyle over in Whakatane :) woohoo.. yes life goes on but so does the NRG
