So..when I woke up today...after a good nights sleep, within minutes I started feeling stressed out, worried, a bit anxious, all based on financial struggles that entered my brain without my permission. We all go through this sorta thing. So as my thoughts were building a negative pattern in my mind, seemly getting worse, I realized...wait a minute, Im not smart, but Im smart ENOUGH to not let this shit get to me. So, I flipped my thinking, and saw that negative energy as a opportunity to crank some metal and go for a bike ride with the intention of pushing my legs to the limit. Which I did. I am now home, financial struggles havent changed, but damn do I feel good. Im sharing this for myself kind of like a journal entry, but if you read this, it is possible to learn how to harness your thoughts using cognitive thinking. Have a great day peeps! -R
