So, when you experience bad service, or something is wrong with an order, or anything along those lines, do you just get angry and walk out, or do you bring it to someones attention so the matter can be attempted to be resolved? To me, the second alternative makes more sense. Customer service employees are NOT mind readers, nor are any workers ever perfect. Just getting mad and leaving resolves nothing. Smh. Please keep this in mind the next time you are out in public and receiving any type of paid service. A problem cant be fixed if it isnt known!
