So while at my training summit last week, I attended a workshop on the Color Code. It is a system that helps define who you are by your motives, not by your behaviors. I found it very interesting! There are four categories: Red (Power), Blue (Intimacy), White (Peace), and Yellow (Fun). I took the test, might I say reluctantly, and was surprised by the result. Im going to suggest you all take the test and read your results too. Your communication with people in other categories will improve if you can understand their motive.
