So.... with extreme changes at home causing a need for a higher income, I have decided to work on obtaining my CA Real Estate License. I just finished my 2nd course. Once I finish the third and final course, I can start the process for taking the official CA license test. Im feeling pretty good about things right now from what I was just told...... out of the thousands of students they have had in the past 12 years, I have the highest average test scores (so far) and I am the ONLY one to have aced the Real Estate Arithmetic quiz. Feeling pretty darn good right now. More to come.....
