So yesterday I gave myself a pep talk and called the P.I. that was able to run the VIN number on my car. My emotions were running on high as he told his story of finding her. Next I called the father of the father/son team that purchased her about 14 years ago. Funny how things work. He has his own business restoring cars. So he restored her and gave her the Navy Blue color. Tonight the son who owns her called. At one point I was unable to talk. I became so caught up in the whole reality of finding her that I had to do everything in my power to swallow my emotions and continue with our conversation. Good thing is... he is willing to sell her. Now to see if we can agree upon a price. BUT first I need to make a trip out to Washington. I need to make sure that this is what I want to do... I have to be sensible... This is a hard decision. I need to think from the head and not from the heart...
