So you may be asking why am I still inside? Recovery efforts are underway and we need to be patient, allowing recovery crews to do their thing and get our lives back into normal rotation... Okinawa is still in TCCOR-1R, yes weve been in 1R for quite a while now and could be in 1R for longer still. We ask for your patience as crews work hard to get things safe and in good working order. Things may not be very damaged where you live, but I assure you that other areas in Okinawa did not fair so well and theres massive flooding and other dangers throughout the island. Please follow TCCOR guidelines and contact your chain of command for information, but for right now everyone is getting the same info: stay home and dont drive.
