So you want to do the 40 Days and 40 Nights Challenge but you are already behind 11+ Days.... Start today with where we are...dont go backwards and try to catch up. Start today and move forward. This is how the Gospel of Jesus Christ works. We move forward with faith in Christ! This challenge will come around again. Every 40 Days we start a new challenge, you will have opportunities to learn something new each time you do it. This challenge is about coming closer to Christ and about becoming what Heavenly Father wants you to become, through small and simple means. Do what you can. If its just reading the quote for the day is all you can handle, do that...its one more positive thing you have put into your life. If its listening to a talk on your way to work, awesome. You do not have to do it perfectly. Do what you are able to do, it is not meant to be a burden but a blessing in your life. A guide to help you learn the scriptures, to have something to study, to ask yourself questions that will lead to spiritual growth. So do what you can. As we apply these things the blessings will come. Just as this video describes, its the small flecks of gold that can add great worth in our lives. You can search for the nugget, or scrape away at the rock for those flecks to add to your pouch.
