So, you’ve read the blogs, you remember the intensity from the constant posts, and now you’re wondering if I’m going start up again. Well, yes. And, here is one of those posts. Sugar is not good for you. It will make you fat. Fat in food, while it does carry some cautions, is not as dangerous to your health as Sugar. Eliminate it if you can, but reduce it for sure. There are two basic kinds of sugar: God’s Sugar and Man’s Mistake. Now, you can play with your life if you want to, but in the end, if you read your Bible, you should be inclined to stick with what you know is BEST—God’s sugar. What is it? Fruits and Veggies! Indeed some fruits and veggies contain large amounts of Sugar…which can still be bad for some people. Hey, I don’t know your metabolism, so I can’t tell what exact impact sugar will have on you. But, it’s scientific as to what impact sugar has on the human species. So, if you are human, then you should pay attention. Because something said here might just save your life. Reduce your God-sugar intake…there are plenty of fruits and veggies with modest amounts of natural sugars. Eat those because attached to them are great vitamins and enzymes designed to aid in digestion and metabolism. Stay away from man-made sugar as best as you can. But, if you find yourself indulging then there is a solution. Some people have been heard saying, “If I eat some cake, I will just burn it off with a run.” This is the most ridiculous thing ever uttered. Your body will burn sugar first before it burns fat. And, when there is an abundance of sugar, it stores the excess as fat. Now, that is the simple explanation without going into the science (read the blogs again). If you want to burn fat, you cannot just run it off. The body operates on energy…whatever is the source…so if you have given your body sugar to burn it will burn it, and if you give it fat to burn or convince it to burn stored fat, it will do so. Therefore, the trick is how to turn on the fat-burning switch. And, it doesn’t come from just running off the extra calories from the cake. You must convince your body to use fat instead of sugar or to use fat once it has depleted its ingested sugar. That is the scientific fact and is thus the “trick!” You do this by giving it just a little sugar and starting the engine to burn (follow the vaccination paradigm or the snake bite). Once it detects that it has no more sugar, it will look for a secondary source. Now, the body prefers to burn fat for energy but years of abuse have put it in a sugar-burning state. So, to change that, you must give it a little sugar and wait until it finds the alternate fuel. Once it finds the alternative fuel and it becomes accustomed to the reduce sugar intake, it will effectively switch burning states and begin to use fat as its primary, with sugar as just the lighter fluid. It’s not rocket, but its science nonetheless. Working out with weights is the synergistic equivalent of now mixing gasoline with the lighter fluid. You will burn fat exponentially. Even if you have the occasional slip where you ingest large amounts of sugar on a random day, the body will still be in the fat burning state. It will use the sugar only as a agent to the stored fat its burning. Now, contrary to all is this is man’s sugar. Man’s sugar actually retards this whole process. Forcing the body into a chemical dependency on the sugar and never allowing the body to reach the fat burning state. You don’t have to believe me, you can look it up. So, people wake up.
