First client I ever had to straight-up curse out, and then and only then did he respect me and say Aight Ma, I see you fiesty and got a lil fight in ya 7. He continued to go back and forth about trial and pleading 6. Within a week of getting his first set of charges, ADA added it on for Bond Termination=granted due to being a threat to the community 5. I was handed 17 discs of discovery and told good luck and Im praying for you by previous attorney 4. Had 22 Felonies, 2 Misdemeanors and an Infraction pending 3. Was upset that the ADA didnt just dismiss everything since he sold to an undercover cop and not a real person, so no one was hurt or lost out 2. He was more concerned about talking about my fatty then what he was actually facing 1. Had to approach the judge 5+ times to make amendments to plea due to the number of charges, case numbers that werent sequential, repetitive offenses, change in plea offer, and general headache of dealing with him, even though I spent an hour matching up the 21 dismissals and 4 pleas. Lord be some melatonin so I can go to sleep and have a better day tomorrow!
