Social Worker – Referral and Assessment Sanctuary Social Care currently has a locum job vacancy for a Social Worker to work within a referral and assessment team based in Guernsey. This vacancy has an initial 3 month contract and the pay rate for this role is £30 per hour (limited company worker). Duties: - Carrying out home visits for monitoring purposes and to safeguard children - Undertaking child protection enquiries under section 47 of the childrens act of 1989 - Initiating and implementing child protection Plans - Preparing and presenting case conference reports Requirements: To be eligible for this role, you must have a degree within social work and be HCPC registered. You must also have at least 2 years recent post qualifying experience of working as a social worker within a referral and assessment team.
