Socialists are people who believe in charity by government or taxpayer funded charity. The Socialist leaders, however, dont participate in these charitable offerings per se because they are payed much better than the people they are supposed to be helping by the taxpayer. They are also part of the same group of people who write the rules and regulations from which they are either exempt or take advantage of with the help of the appropriately written loophole. Take Charlie Rangel for example: he was in charge of writing IRS tax rules but neglected to pay taxes on what he earned thru rental income (in a nutshell) and because he is a Socialist leader he has not spent one day in jail for his deliberate crime and has managed to get re-elected for the umpteenth time. This is a man who promotes welfare to his constituents and does just enough to keep them happy while living a much better life then any of them could ever dream of.
