Software Group Manager Manage a group of developers and QA engineers responsible for the development of a large scale, highly available web traffic system. Participate in all aspects of product definition and road map while leading R&D group through design, implementation, deployment and maintenance. Main Responsibilities • Manage the team both from technological side and personal aspect. • Recruitment and training of new employees. • Refactor and scale of the company’s main product • Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external business units • Deliver reliable high quality artifacts in an agile environment Qualifications • At least 3 years of experience with large scale systems implemented in PHP. • B.Sc. degree in Computer Science or similar • Proven managerial experience – at least 5 years • Experience with Object Oriented design and MVC frameworks • Knowledge of Client Side web technologies (CSS, Javascript, XML, Ajax, SOAP) • Experience with Linux based production environments • Working experience with DB preferably MySQL • Technology versatility • Knowledge of production infrastructure – an advantage • Familiar with the online media market – an advantage • Experience with agile development methodologies – an advantag Please email your CV to [email protected] Thanks!
