You could be exactly who were looking for… About the Software Support (Team Leader) Role: Were looking for an experienced candidate with excellent abilities supporting a software product built on SQL server. Youll be responsible for leading a team of Technical Consultants ensuring they provide high quality backend support to the customers and resellers of a worldwide pioneering based platform. Youll also be expected to train and teach a diverse audience in all aspects of the software. Key responsibilities for the Software Product Support (Team Leader) would include: * Lead a team of 10 to 15 software support technical consultants. * Act as an escalation point to clients based in USA and UK. * Reporting back to the Support Director with project and task updates. * Ensuring that individual and team tasks are completed on time. * Supporting customers and clients on the Software Product suite. * Work on finding and fixing issues in SQL server database. * Working with the development team to investigate and resolve software faults. * Delivering training on software products. Software Support (Team Leader) Requirements: * A minimum of 2 years technical and support related experience supporting a software product built on SQL server. * A minimum of 12 months experience in leading or managing a support/technical team. * Experience in improving the overall customer service experience. * Hands on experience in SQL server. * Experience in working with international clients based in USA and UK. * Proficient in English language. * Excellent use of Microsoft office, especially Microsoft Excel.
